Intelis, s.r.o. was founded by Miroslav Burda and three partners in 2008. From the very beginning, the company was dedicated to the development of key solutions for Český Telecom and later for Telefónica O2 Czech Republic and CETIN. Gradually it started to develop solutions in the energy sector as well. In 2015, it became part of the HRDLIČKA Holding group and this merger contributed to the growth of the company, which last year consisted of more than 70 IT specialists.

The RTS solution in the OSS NI domain was one of the key products developed by the company for technical infrastructure owners. In the light of new realities, such as PPF Group's expansion in the telecommunications sector abroad, the partners of Intelis decided to look for a suitable investor who would be able to satisfy the needs of a large customer, which PPF Group undoubtedly is, and to develop the product successfully.

This was found in Unicorn Systems a.s., which bought 100% of the shares of TelcoOSS, a company that was created by spinning off the Telco division of Intelis, s.r.o., which was engaged in the development of software solutions for telecommunications network registration and analysis.

Intelis, as to use the funds raised to concentrate and develop its own products in the construction and maintenance of utility companies' networks.

Mgr. Miroslav Burda and Ing. Martin Hrdlička
