The UtilityReport application will be useful only by for family house builders who, by entering information about their construction project into a web-based form, can receive comments from network administrators for the building authority and thus make the lengthy process of going round all these institutions far easier, or enabling them to save money by not having to hire professional companies.

Ing. Jiří Fišer, Head of Informatics Department

HRDLIČKA has offered us complex map services since 1996. They handle the geodetic side of our operating documentation, keep the current data sets in the national map series, share information on the location of technical infrastructure with the state authorities (provide data on a particular area for town-planning documentation) and provide other specific map documentation according to our specifications.

Ing. Václav Čechura, PS Concept and Strategy Specialist

In addition to other services, HRDLIČKA provides geodetic services during the procurement of documentation on power and gas lines for our company and performs inspections of geodetic as-built building documentation, which helps keep the documentation in a consistent form and quality.

Documentation of the actual execution of constructions

Ing. Jiří Sulek, manager, Technical Register and GIS Administration Manager

Thanks to HRDLIČKA, we now have a digital historical orthophotomap from the 1930s, 1970s and 1980s, which is a great help to our staff in analysing the development of our city, as well as to students as a basis for their study of history and territorial development.

We have collaborated with HRDLIČKA for many years. Among other services, it helps us resolve complicated issues connected with the establishment of easements. HRDLIČKA’s outstanding professionalism in this field plays a major role in the successful completion of these administrative activities, thus satisfying all our end users.

The UtilityReport application is a unique tool for builders, as in one single place they can find the primary information they need on utility lines in the area affected by the proposed building, and have the opportunity to communicate with owners of these lines directly via the application.

UtilityReport

Vladimíra Helebrantová, Head of Technical Department

HRDLIČKA has implemented many projects involving the Technical-Operational Watercourse Register and other special geodetic operations. The people understand the task, fulfil our requirements, keep to deadlines, suggest improvements, and the price/performance ratio is perfectly acceptable.

Filip Janda, Technician

The UtilityReport application has become an indispensable aid for us. It greatly simplifies issues connected with reporting the existence of utility lines for our company. The automatic negative statement filter works perfectly. At present, most applicants contact us in this way and its efficiency is increasingly evident.

We at EG.D were among the first to test the MawisPhoto technology, which enables effective construction management and allows buildings and their locations to be documented. Our field data collection operators were first thoroughly trained by Hrdlička, giving us the opportunity to try various imaging methods. The method we used most frequently to document data was a 3D model georeferenced using points marked with QR codes, making work in the field fast. You simply shoot a video and can then derive lengths and cubatures from the resulting 3D model. We documented a total of 80 buildings using 4 different methods. We now have access to all the resulting data in a web-based application and generally attain accuracy class 3 as used for measurements in the land registry (according to the Land Registry Decree). In addition to image 3D recording of the actual state of the site being documented, the technology also allows us to measure coordinates, lengths, areas and volumes, and thus control the construction project remotely. The service is also great for recording additional work. It is a faster and more efficient aid in dealing with repairs and faults. One indisputable advantage of the technology as a whole is that the documentation for the above purposes can be completed by anyone on the construction site with a phone with the application installed on it.
