Our company received an order to map the seat of a construction company located in Velké Meziříčí. Part of the assignment was the requirement to develop a BIM model at the level of LOD 200 external structures. Data collection was performed using unmanned aerial vehicles (so-called drones) and ground-based laser scanning.
A 3D model was subsequently created from the collected data, and BIM, which serves as a basis for design activities, can improve the customer's orientation and imagination, facilitating the comparison between reality and the planned project.
