Zlata works as a sales assistant in the sales department at HRDLIČKA, where she supports international and domestic business activities. With her education at the University of International and Public Relations in Prague, she brings valuable knowledge in international relations and communication to the team. She stands out for her proactive and open approach, which she showed at the event held in Poland and Ukraine in May 2025. Zlata took part in the business mission of the Government Commissioner for Reconstruction of Ukraine Tomáš Kopecny (11-17 May 2025) in Poland (Rzeszów) and Ukraine (Lvov, Kyiv), organized by the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic / Confederation of Industry CZ together with the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic. The aim was to identify needs and opportunities for Czech companies in the renewal of Ukrainian infrastructure and economy. For her, returning to Ukraine meant combining memories with a vision of the future. She believes that our joint efforts will contribute to the sustainable development of Ukrainian cities and the real application of technology for digital land management and smart urbanism.
Personal experiences in Lviv and Kyiv
Our colleague perceived the mission from both a professional and personal perspective. The visits to Lviv and Kyiv, both war-torn cities, were particularly impressive. It was the first time she had been to her hometown on business. Returning to Kiev to places familiar from her childhood and discussing innovations for the reconstruction of Ukraine were both emotional and motivating: “I saw the importance of bringing concrete added value and supporting projects that improve the quality of life and long-term resilience of cities.”
Together with their sister company, Geodata Ukraine, and colleague Yevhenii Spivak, they presented digital land management, infrastructure mapping, and smart city development.
Meetings with key partners
In Kyiv, they met with representatives of VALBEK Ukraine (Oleksandr Dudarenko) and Oksana Antonenko from CzechTrade Ukraine in Kyiv. They discussed possible pilot projects, public-private partnerships, and export support for Czech technologies. It is inspiring to see how Ukrainian business is developing despite all the challenges, especially in the west of Ukraine, where Czech companies are opening offices, which confirms the resilience of local entrepreneurs and creates further opportunities. One of these is TEDOM, which supplies cogeneration units and systems for efficient heat and power generation, and is now opening a new office in Uzhhorod. It was a great and open meeting that can lead to further interesting collaborations. Thanks to all organizers and participants for the inspiring atmosphere and great experience.
Her commitment to the mission is a testament to her professionalism, empathy, and courage - she can represent the company even in challenging conditions, make key international contacts, and support the renewal of the region. Even internally, her colleagues perceive her as reliable, proactive, and always ready to contribute to the team's goals.
