Imagine that you own a very high voltage line, with the power line running so far on only one mast arm. However, as transmission capacity requirements grow, you have decided to extend the mast guidance to the other arm as well. But multiply, for example, 160 kilometers of management by 10 owners who own real estate on average on one kilometer of the route in the Czech Republic. In total, you have approximately 1,600 owners and more than 3,000 plots or real estate along the entire length. At the same time, everything will concern the future easement, arising from the strengthening or widening of the route. Without a systematic approach with the support of a well-thought-out information system, the creation of easements would take a disproportionate amount of time.
