The traditional summer teambuilding was held this year at the LIONS hotel, where it was possible to take advantage of a wide range of "movement" activities or just sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the hotel.
On the day of arrival, the employees had a free program, but the next day they were divided into competitive teams after breakfast. The first task of each team was to come up with a name, decorate t-shirts and choose representatives for each discipline (shooting, mini-golf, pétanque, knowledge competition). The morning program was held on the hotel grounds, and a gate run outside the hotel grounds was invented for the afternoon. The teams followed a route marked with streamers, searched for clues to fill in the mystery, and completed tasks on time at the stations.
An interesting end to the day's activities was a psychological exercise designed to demonstrate the ability to achieve a unified result in a group and to highlight the diversity of thinking of individual members and entire teams. After dinner, the winners were announced and dancers from the ViViD Dance Company project performed.
We are very happy that we could meet again after almost a year and that our colleagues from Geocart joined us. We would like to thank our HR manager Tereza for the complete organization, including the selection of a beautiful venue, and the entire implementation team for the program and entertainment they provided. We hope that we will be able to meet more often.
