On May 20, 2026, a ceremony was held in the prestigious chambers of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to administer the oath to new authorized surveying engineers. Among the ten new AZIs was our colleague Lucka Žílová, Head of the North Region, who successfully passed the certification exams. Her success is not only a personal milestone but also an inspiration for other colleagues who wish to further advance their expertise.
Obtaining authorization is a significant professional milestone. Authorised Land Surveyor is a professional who meets strict professional requirements and is responsible for the accuracy and precision of their work. In the field of surveying, it is therefore an important validation of expertise, experience, and professional credibility.
This news also delighted the company’s owner and managing director, Mr. Martin Hrdlička, who was present in person at the ceremony: “I’m thrilled that Lucka did it. It’s wonderful for our entire North Region that its manager is not only an experienced engineer but now also an AZI. I appreciate all the more that, despite her heavy workload, she found the time to prepare for the exams and passed. I believe she will be an inspiration to other colleagues at HRDLIČKA spol. s r.o. who want to take their professional skills to the next level.”
