Last November week we were welcomed by students of English-taught course Strategy and Succession in Family Business from University of Economics in Prague. We were visited by Ing. Martin Jurek and Vice-Rector for International Relations prof. Jiří Hnilica.
The theme of the excursion was the Hrdlička family business, which was told by the founder of HRDLIČKA and the owner of the HRDLIČKA Holding Ing. Martin Hrdlička with his son Ondřej, who is also responsible for foreign trade in the company. Students were particularly interested in how the family business was built, how it was managed, the issues of succession, etc. The presentation was also supplemented by the region's head David Mašek. The students were very active and the excursion was mutually beneficial and interesting.
