Teambuilding in the Alps: mountains and a team that sticks together

As we do every year, we swapped our computer screens for hiking boots and panoramic views of the Tyrolean peaks.

Teambuilding in the heart of the Austrian Alps wasn't just about conquering the peaks of Ahornspitze and Filzenkogel. It also brought ordinary but precious moments – cooking together in the kitchen of our cottage, debates about everything possible (and impossible), laughter, and well-deserved rest with our feet in an icy stream. Simply put, it was a shared cottage, kitchen, treks, endless views, and a group of people you can rely on.

The goal was clear: to switch off, breathe in the fresh air, and get to know each other differently than through emails and work meetings. Sometimes it's nice to change your environment and get to know the people you work with better...

Treks that offer more than just kilometers

The routes were traditionally prepared by our CEO, and thanks to cooperation with HR and a few other colleagues, we were once again treated to a wonderful experience. As always, it was about pushing our own limits, but without unnecessary heroics. In the mountains, it quickly becomes clear who can help, who can wait, who can encourage when someone is struggling, and who can lend a hand when the slope is too steep and your legs are unsteady.

And when you stand at the top, it's a moment when you look at each other, and there's no need to say anything. Smiles say it all—gratitude, joy, teamwork. And let's admit it: when you experience this together, it somehow works better at work too.

We look forward to the next event in 2026!

We returned home tired, but with our batteries recharged and our heads full of experiences. Thank you all for the fantastic atmosphere, and we are already looking forward to next year, when we should be spending our team building in the same cottage 😊.

Take a look at the video and photos from our team building and enjoy the atmosphere, at least vicariously.
