On June 1, 2022, we ceremonially handed over the construction site to our contractor at our company premises in Stodůlky with a glass of sparkling wine and a symbolic tapping of the foundation stone. The site will now be expanded by a fourth building, which will complement buildings A (1992), B (1998) and C (2007). We believe that it will be completed in 2024.
The new building will stand next to Building C, to which it will be connected by a "passageway", similar to Buildings A and C. In addition, an underground car park for approximately 24 parking spaces will be built as part of the construction, which will undoubtedly relieve the adjacent streets.
The construction work is being carried out by VISTORIA CZ a.s., which will record all records in the modern electronic construction diary STAVEE. Classic machine surveying will be used, GPS delineation and excavations with lines will be mapped using MawisPhoto. The building will be progressively surveyed and scanned for BIM.
